The Client Support Energy Specialist will provide a direct comprehensive evaluation of the estimated savings that borrowers may receive from the purchase of the solar system. The Client Support Energy Specialist will be responsible for the collection of documents and comparison of borrower historical usage, estimated solar generation, and future benefits of the solar system. The Client Support Energy Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Financial Investigations team is determining the ideal resolution based on the estimated savings or loss of borrowers and the data presented at the time of sale if applicable.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Estimate a detailed savings comparison of the benefits or additional costs owe solar system ownership based on borrower loan and utility details.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills. Handle Inbound/outbound calls, texts and emails.
- Present thorough and detailed findings regarding savings to the financial investigations team as well as Client Support leadership.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly metric goals.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of GoodLeap policies and procedures.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Compensation: $21 - $24.04/hour
