Affirm is seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Success Manager to launch, manage, and expand a portfolio of our ISV partners. This individual will be responsible for driving tangible growth outcomes within their assigned ISVs, focusing on accelerating new ISV launches, identifying go-to-market opportunities, executing new product and marketing initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Do:
Own and grow a portfolio of ISV partners, focusing on expanding business value, accelerating revenue, and driving new merchant acquisition.
Identify new opportunities within existing ISV relationships that align with Affirm’s growth objectives.
Execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each ISV, including cross-functional execution plans.
Negotiate new agreements or amendments to support evolving business objectives.
Build trusted relationships within ISV partner organizations, from working teams to mid-level leaders.
Monitor and optimize ISV performance from launch and throughout their lifecycle using data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with KPIs and strategic goals.
Act as an internal advocate for partners, while upholding a high standard for performance, innovation, and value creation.
Collaborate closely with Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Marketing to support roadmaps and campaigns that enhance the success of strategic partners.
What We Look For:
5-7 years of experience in client management, strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar growth-focused role, ideally in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
A proven track record of delivering measurable growth through partnerships—not just managing relationships, but expanding them.
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to assess opportunities and drive deals from ideation to execution.
An understanding of go-to-market strategy development and cross-functional execution.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Experience navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or financial services is a bonus.
Prior experience working with or within high-impact partner ecosystems is a bonus.
Pay Grade - J
Equity Grade - 6
Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, which includes the annual base pay and the sales incentive target.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA On Target Earnings (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $162,500 - $212,500
USA On Target Earnings (all other U.S. states) per year: $143,750 - $193,750
