NeoWork is seeking a passionate and results-driven Client Success Specialist to join our growing team. The Client Success Manager role at NeoWork is designed for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing deals, and keeping our CRM in great shape. You’ll support prospects from the first conversation all the way to onboarding. Once the client is live, you’ll stay engaged, build strong relationships, and look for ways to help them grow with us. A key part of this role is having solid HubSpot administration skills because you will be the person who keeps our pipelines, properties, reports, and automations accurate and useful.

This is a hands-on position that blends sales support, client success, and CRM operations. You’ll run your own meetings, prepare proposals, and manage deals where needed. For larger opportunities, you’ll work closely with leadership. You’ll also help improve internal workflows through automation and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound leads through structured qualification, document requirements and deal activity in HubSpot, and manage assigned sales cycles while supporting leadership on high-value opportunities.
  • Lead intro and discovery calls confidently, explain NeoWork’s services in a consultative way, and log clear meeting notes and next steps directly into HubSpot.
  • Build tailored proposals, address client questions and basic negotiations, and move opportunities through each pipeline stage until they close or transition to leadership.
  • Document expectations and scope before handoff, stay in active communication after launch, flag risks early, coordinate resolutions, and run periodic check-ins to maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, listen for evolving client needs to recommend solutions, and join leadership in renewal or multi-role discussions.
  • Configure and maintain pipelines, properties, workflows, lists, sequences, dashboards, and reports while keeping CRM data accurate and improving processes when needed.
  • Use AI tools to simplify recurring tasks, enhance internal workflows, reduce friction in daily operations, and support documentation and automation initiatives.
  • Communicate naturally with US clients and prospects, work closely with Operations, Recruitment, and Leadership to stay aligned, and approach all situations with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Ability to run prospect meetings independently and handle assigned sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot beyond basic user skills.
  • Clear, confident English (C1/C2).
  • Experience working with US clients.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automations is a plus.

Benefits
  • We offer health insurance for contractors
  • Holiday Extra Pay
  • The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
  • This is a 100% home-based position
  • We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being.
  • In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided.
  • There is an annual review and appraisal process in place.
  • There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
