JOB OVERVIEW

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is a developing client success professional who manages a moderate portfolio with growing independence. The CSM owns day-to-day client relationships and standard success motions, driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention, while deepening product and healthcare-domain fluency and escalating complex or strategic matters as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a moderate portfolio of clients across the full post-implementation lifecycle. (At-large SMB/mid-market up to enterprise segments)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, driving adoption and satisfaction through proactive engagement, training, and support.
  • Conduct standard business reviews and strategic check-ins with client stakeholders.
  • Monitor client health data to identify risks and opportunities; resolve routine issues and escalate complex ones.
  • Surface upsell and renewal signals and support renewal preparation in partnership with Sales.
  • Collaborate across Support, Product, and Implementation to advocate for client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status in the CRM.
  • Serve as an adjunct to the CSM team to support RCM/billing needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in client success, account management, or healthcare software PLUS 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management preferably using Optima Direct Bill.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms is a plus.

Salary Range: $66,400.00 - $83,000.00 USD + up to $32,000 OTI
