About Madrivo

Madrivo is a performance marketing company built on results. We partner with some of the most recognized brands in the country to drive measurable, high-quality customer acquisition through affiliate and digital marketing channels. Our team is data-driven, fast-moving, and deeply committed to the success of every client we serve.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Client Success Coordinator to own the day-to-day management of a key client account. This is not a passive role. You will be the main point of contact for your client, keeping communication clear, projects on track, and issues resolved before they become problems. You will use data to identify what is working, flag what is not, and bring the right people in when escalation is needed.

If you are someone who keeps organized in the middle of complexity, follows up without being asked, and genuinely enjoys figuring out what the numbers are telling you, this role was built for you.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned client account, building a strong and trusted working relationship
  • Keep projects, deliverables, and timelines organized and moving forward across internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor campaign and account performance data, identify trends, and flag issues or opportunities proactively
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, calls, and regular updates
  • Escalate concerns to internal teams at the right time, with the right context
  • Develop a working understanding of performance marketing principles, affiliate channels, and how Madrivo delivers results
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, you represent the company in every interaction
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without things falling through the cracks
  • A data mindset, you are comfortable pulling reports, spotting patterns, and drawing conclusions from numbers
  • A natural follow-through instinct, you close loops without needing to be reminded
  • Professional judgment about when to handle something independently and when to escalate
  • A genuine interest in learning the performance marketing industry from the inside out
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, client services, marketing coordination, or a similar client-facing role preferred

Why Madrivo

You will join a team that takes performance seriously and treats clients as true partners. You will have real ownership of a high-profile account from day one, with room to grow your marketing knowledge and your career alongside the business.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
