The reason this position was created is… 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Coordinator to support our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and timely project deliverables. Your ability to manage details, organize data, and foster positive client relationships will contribute directly to client satisfaction and team success. 


Position Summary 

The most important tasks and responsibilities for this role are to…  

  • Foster positive client relationships by meeting standard SLAs and assisting our clients with special order requests 
  • Maintain an organized CRM system, ensuring clear and efficient data transfers between different internal departments 
  • Keep track of deliverables and timelines associated with meeting on-time delivery goals 
  • Communicate seamlessly internally and externally by effectively coordinating calls or meetings that support an end goal 
  • Deliver efficient order processing by focusing on attention to detail and understanding the needs of the client. 


Position Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness at all times. 
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics, etc.) to communicate client needs and ensure deliverables remain on schedule. 
  • Order Processing: Accurately enter, review, and manage client orders through internal systems. Track order status and proactively address any issues that may affect timelines or client expectations.  
  • Project Support: Assist in the execution of client projects by collaborating with the sales, operations, client success, and logistics departments. 
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and project management systems. Generate reports and documentation as needed for internal and client use. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve communication processes, both internally and externally. 
  • Complete and submit HR paperwork in an accurate and timely manner 
  • Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

The most important character traits, qualifications, and experience needed to be successful in this position are… 


  • Proven experience in a client-facing or coordination role (e.g., account coordinator, project coordinator, customer success, or admin support). 
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/project management tools. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. 
  • High level of professionalism and client service orientation. 
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 


  • Experience in order processing, logistics, or production coordination. 
  • Familiarity with data entry best practices and reporting tools. 
  • Previous work in a SaaS environment. 
  • Completed associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
