Our Customer Marketing Services team is at the heart of our client's success. We are a dynamic group of 30 marketing strategists and execution experts dedicated to maximizing our clients' capital raise efforts. We directly impact key performance indicators such as Capital Raised, Marketing Performance, and Customer Happiness. As an intermediate individual contributor, you'll report to the Director of Client Strategy and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results.

As a Client Strategist, you will be a pivotal partner for our clients, guiding them through their capital raise campaigns with strategic marketing expertise. This role is critical for maintaining customer happiness by successfully raising funds, requiring a blend of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

What you will do
- Develop and Execute Strategies: Craft comprehensive marketing plans tailored to client objectives, leveraging various digital channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising). Your efforts will directly drive outcomes by maximizing capital raised for our clients.
- Analyze and Optimize: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and implement optimizations with a mindset of prioritizing speed over perfection. This ensures campaigns are always performing at their peak, directly impacting marketing performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their success by obsessing over customers. Your ability to foster these relationships is key to long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Problem Solve: Proactively identify challenges and find a way to overcome them, offering creative and effective solutions. This ensures campaigns stay on track and client objectives are met, even when obstacles arise.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with product, sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and contribute to continuous improvement, always looking to innovate and simplify. Your cross-functional collaboration will enhance overall operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Report on Performance: Clearly communicate campaign results, insights, and next steps to clients, demonstrating how your strategies drive outcomes. Transparent reporting builds trust and showcases the tangible impact of your work on their capital raise goals.

What skills you need
- Strong People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities to effectively manage client expectations and foster trust.
- Strong Marketing Capabilities: Proven expertise in digital marketing channels (email, social, paid media), campaign development, execution, and optimization.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically, analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions that align with client goals and business objectives.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, client services, or a related field, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to use data to inform decisions and improve processes.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to be bold and direct when needed.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools is a plus.
- A passion for technology and a desire to work in a dynamic industry.
