Role BLUF

  • Title: Partner, Client Strategist

  • Compensation: $120,000-$180,000

  • Location: Remote

  • Commitment: FTE

Opportunity

Our leadership team has founded multi-Billion-dollar businesses and partnered with clients like OpenAI and Microsoft. Ascendancy is well-funded and on track for $6M ARR by 2026, targeting $100M ARR within 3 years. It is a rare opportunity to work in a high-growth start-up that’s relatively low-risk with huge upside and responsibility.

Function

Client Strategists are responsible for owning and managing Ascendancy’s relationship with Ascendancy Clients. You will ensure contractual expectations are clearly set, progress is communicated, and goals are met for your clients. You will manage all client scoping, communication, and deliverables. Additionally, you will work with the Client Strategy team to lead strategy and growth for Ascendancy.

Responsibilities

  • Set SOW expectations and manage Ascendancy’s contract with your clients

  • Ensure all deliverables for clients are completed on or before the deadlines set

  • Lead all communication around deliverables for clients

  • Be the liaison between Ascendancy and clients to ensure all key stakeholders have a high NPS

  • Unlock financial alpha for clients using Ascendancy’s systems, network, and services

  • Grow your client accounts starting with the goal of reaching $2M ARR across accounts by EOY 2026

  • Foster a client-first culture, setting high standards for responsiveness, problem-solving, and communication.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Client Services and Operations

  • Extremely detail-oriented, adaptive, collaborative growth mindset, proactive

  • Solid organizational, analytical, logical reasoning, oral, and written presentation skills

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management experience

  • Experience navigating $4M+ accounts or managing enterprise relationships

Expectations

  • 100% of client goals documented & reported on weekly

  • Financial ROI of Ascendancy for each client

  • Margin and overall growth across clients
