Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. Founded in 2016 to help transform the antiquated world of TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning, Tatari helps some of the world’s fastest growing brands including Chime, Calm, Tecovas, Manscaped, Saatva, and Liquid I.V., reach their customers using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.

That approach has earned Tatari broad industry recognition, including being named Best CTV AdTech Platform in the 8th annual MarTech Breakthrough Awards, as well as honors from Digiday (Best Connected TV Platform), AdExchanger (Most Innovative TV Advertising Technology), and Business Insider (Hottest AdTech Companies). Tatari has also been recognized as the Best Place to Work by Inc. Magazine. Backed by an executive team of former founders and senior leaders from companies including Shazam, TrueCar, AdapTV, LiveRail, Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Yahoo, Tatari continues to scale rapidly as TV advertising enters its next major era.

You will combine strong relationship management with insight-led thinking and a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses and TV advertising strategy. • Partner closely with the Media Buying team on a weekly basis to ensure successful execution, optimization, and scaling of TV campaigns
  • Develop deep expertise of Tatari’s platform, methodology, and measurement approach, and leverage internal subject matter experts to help clients prioritize and solve problems
  • Translate performance data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for clients
  • Present confidently to senior client stakeholders and guide strategic discussions
  • Travel up to ~10% to spend time with clients and strengthen relationships, including occasional in-person meetings with executive stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution; preferably in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration
  • 2+ years of linear and streaming TV experience in post-sale account management, client services, or customer success roles, with exposure to senior or C-level stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Ability to tell a clear story with data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong presentation, communication, and active listening skills—you come prepared and engaged in every client interaction
  • Able to collaborate effectively with both technical teams (e.g., engineers, data scientists) and marketing stakeholders
  • Consultative mindset—you are not a salesperson, but a strategic partner
  • Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
  • Bonus: understanding of digital marketing (i.e. SEM, FB), programmatic experience, advanced Excel skills, advanced data visualization abilities

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ($80,000K-110,000K/annually)
  • Equity compensation
  • Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents
  • 401K, FSA, and commuter benefits
  • $150 monthly spending account
  • $1,000 annual continued education benefit
  • $500 Newbie Productivity Perk
  • Unlimited PTO and sick days

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
