About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services Manager to help deliver exceptional hospitality experiences at Oracle Park. This role is instrumental in assisting clients throughout the planning and execution of memorable, high impact events. Reporting to the Director of Events & Client Services, this position embodies a client-first attitude and a relentless commitment to world-class customer service.

 

You will help lead the end-to-end execution of non-gameday events, working across departments including Sales, Operations, Catering, Finance, the Scoreboard Team and Marketing. You will orchestrate customized experiences that reflect the unique value Oracle Park offers, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. This position is integral to delivering high-touch service and building lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

 

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because….

  • Lead and execute a range of events (meetings, dinners, galas, concerts, etc.) from ideation through completion.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining a client-first, service-oriented approach throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by analyzing client needs, usage patterns, and business growth to drive additional value and revenue
  • Support seamless client transitions from sales to onboarding, ensuring continuity, relationship development, and expansion of the sales process.
  • Ensure all events are executed seamlessly, creatively, and on budget with timely invoicing
  • Collect and document feedback internally while ensuring learning experiences are communicated to partners as we continually improve
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Recommends new approaches, procedures, and processes to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and excellence in services performed.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, staffing plans and timelines
  • Manage and track all aspects of event budgeting, including forecasting, payment of expenses, collecting revenues and reconciling post-event in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Demonstrate initiative. Seeing things holistically, taking on emergent tasks, duties, and assignments to ensure the success of special events.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, conduct market research for best practices and incorporate fresh new ideas to elevate guest experience.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Actively seek, receive and implement feedback from customers and team members to improve and enhance stakeholder experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in event management, project management, client services, and/or hospitality with a preference given to candidates who have worked onsite at venues such as a stadium, arena convention center, hotel, resort, or other large-scale event facility.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Skilled in budget creation, financial tracking, and ROI optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—internally and externally.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Outlook, and CRM/event management software.
  • Comfortable working non-traditional hours in a fast-paced, live-event setting.
  • Positive, collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Ability to work on-site at Oracle Park daily, including some nights and weekends as the event calendar dictates.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
