The Internship Opportunity:
Our internship is designed to prepare you for your career journey. The PureSpectrum Internship is a paid, part-time 10–12-week program taking place in the Spring, offering hands-on experience in Market Research with a focus on project management in Market Research, while delivering meaningful customer experiences.
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Services Intern to join our growing department. This internship, beginning in Spring (mid-February), will allow you the opportunity to build your critical knowledge and skills across various responsibilities, including project management support, survey testing, sample management, and reporting.
Throughout the internship, you are invited to participate in events that provide exposure to leadership and meaningful development opportunities. Interns who demonstrate outstanding performance and a curiosity to learn more may be considered for a full-time position following the completion of the internship.
This internship is located in our Westlake Village (WLV) office, where interns join us part-time, on-site, 3 days a week. The hourly pay rate for this role is $22.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Services team, managing customer projects
- Create daily update reports for the Services team
- Set-up new customers on technology platforms
- Become familiar in our tools, technology, and best practices in order to best support customer needs
- Develop a basic understanding of market research and consumer insights
- And whatever else comes your way!
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences or similar studies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- A passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning
- Strong follow-through skills
- Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
- Experience with MSOffice and/or GSuite products
