Who You Are
You are a motivated Customer Service professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client support and service on daily basis. You excel at multitasking, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused, no-quit, A+ player and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work with teammates that will match your drive and grit. 

***Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST***

What You'll Do

  • This rep will be responsible for answering calls, completing tickets, and emailing/calling customers with the information requested
  • Provide in-depth support and solutions to the Client Services Team
  • Organize and review customer documentation
  • Review and make appropriate changes to accounts daily
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure all requests and/or updates are completed in a timely fashion
  • Follow up with specific departments as needed
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders  
  • Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products 

What You'll Need

  • Associates degree preferred or related work experience 
  • 1-2 years experience in a professional setting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of financial documents and customer files 
  • Must have great organization and multi-tasking abilities
  • Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
  • Ability to work independently
