The Client Services Analyst provides critical front-line support to clients and carriers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, seamless payment processing, and high-quality service delivery. This role manages key touchpoints between clients, carriers, and internal teams, safeguarding accuracy in $5B+ annual payment transactions while maintaining operational excellence. Analysts play a vital role in sustaining client trust, strengthening carrier relationships, and contributing to the company’s position as a shipper of choice.
What a day in the life looks like:

  • Serve as primary contact for client and carrier inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs.

  • Deliver system training (FAP Portal) to drive adoption and reduce repeat inquiries.

  • Prepare and distribute quarterly customer recaps and follow up on shipping data insights.

  • Support Customer Success by resolving issues escalated through shared channels.

  • Build strong client relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.

  • Process carrier payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with funding schedules.

  • Monitor client bank accounts and coordinate with Finance to ensure payment readiness.

  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date training and reference materials.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Audit to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross‑training efforts.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field).

  • 1–3 years of professional experience; transportation or carrier experience a plus.

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
     

Salary range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 (final compensation based on experience, performance, and internal equity).
