As a Client Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer support within our contact center. Client Representative Responsibilities:

  • Support client goals by executing sales presentations in person with members of the local market
  • Provide excellent customer service through direct communication, interaction, and follow-ups after the sales are completed
  • Partner with other Client Representatives and members of the management team on the status of any issues and work closely with escalation partners to identify, document, and monitor any and all exceptions to the standard processes
  • Troubleshoot all customer inquiries using client information to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Collaborate with office departments to maintain efficiency and improve business practices

Qualities of an Ideal Client Representative Candidate:

  • Genuinely interested in problem-solving, creative thinking, and helping/servicing others
  • Feels comfortable asking questions to management or more senior members of the Client Services or Sales teams during training and hands-on work
  • Has primary knowledge of customer service, sales, communications, or business
  • Can achieve both individual and collaborative goals through time management, discipline, and organization
  • Exhibits professional and personal communication skills, whether it is within the office or speaking with customers

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree or equivalent experience preferred.]
  • Multi-task and prioritize required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at a time.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, particularly in a phone or email context
  • Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge
