Position Overview

As the Client Relations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage—from onboarding to product delivery and ongoing support. Your role is essential in delivering a seamless client experience by understanding their needs, proactively addressing challenges, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Working closely with internal teams, you will help align client expectations with Voyant’s technology and business objectives. Your efforts will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and business growth, making this role critical to both our customers' success and Voyant’s continued expansion.

You will collaborate with the Business Development team to align client needs with Voyant’s strategic growth initiatives. This role will partner with the Leadership team to shape client-facing strategies and ensure a customer-centric approach, and work closely with the Engineering team to guarantee that product specifications and functionality not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture lasting partnerships with enterprise clients, ensuring they experience Voyant as a trusted technology partner.
  • Serve as the primary client advocate, proactively addressing inquiries, challenges, and solutions to drive customer success.
  • Deeply understand client needs and expectations, ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Engineering, and Marketing to align on client requirements and provide a seamless experience.
  • Monitor project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations and are delivered on schedule.
  • Conduct proactive check-ins to measure client satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain accurate client records and leverage CRM systems to enhance communication and service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in managing client accounts.
  • Experience with CRM software and business management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflict.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in perception/sensing technology.
  • Startup experience.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Knowledge of customer success strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive client satisfaction improvements.
  • Previous leadership experience.
