Position Summary: We’re looking for a skilled Presentation Designer & Data Storyteller to support our Account Managers in creating high-impact client presentations. This role transforms complex data into visually compelling, insight-driven PowerPoint decks for business reviews and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines expert design skills with business acumen to deliver clear, client-ready materials. Additional responsibilities include developing marketing content for product launches, upsells, and campaigns.

Essential functions, responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and refine client presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint that integrate strategic storytelling, data insights, and professional visual design.
  • Partner with Account Managers to transform raw data and performance metrics into clear, client-relevant narratives and compelling visuals.
  • Create additional marketing and go-to-market assets (e.g., one-pagers, product overviews, visual playbooks) to support new product introductions and upsell campaigns.
  • Pull and interpret data from multiple sources (Excel, reporting tools, internal platforms) to develop charts, dashboards, and visual summaries.
  • Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and maintain the highest standard of polish and professionalism.
  • Maintain and evolve presentation templates, brand assets, and visual libraries for consistency across the team.
  • Review and quality-check presentations before delivery to clients.
  • Other similar and/or related duties as assigned

Key Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills (design, animation, layout); strong visual storytelling and formatting abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, charting, and integration; familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Proven ability to produce polished, insight-driven deliverables for diverse audiences; experience in Marketing, Communications, Account Management, or Data Visualization is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments; shows initiative and works independently.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases; Sage experiences a bonus.
  • Attention to detail, reliable.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not required.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday- 8a – 5p CST

Physical Requirements:
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to speak, hear, have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Walk (occasionally), sit- up to 8hrs. a day, stand (occasionally), use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, able to lift-up to 15lbs.(occasionally).
