Own US client engagement operations and junior product management: attend client meetings, capture decisions, produce polished client-facing materials, manage follow-up and accountability, feed client insights into product, and build repeatable systems for organized client operations.
We’re building the next generation of conversational voice and video AI for life sciences—intelligent with 100% regulatory compliance. Our AI medical experts help pharma teams engage doctors, support patients, and unlock insights faster than ever before. We’ve just raised our seed, signed our first customers, and are scaling fast. If you're excited about building real-world AI in an early stage startup and shape not just our product, but our identity and culture —this is your moment.
We move like owners. Everyone at SynthioLabs has the autonomy and the responsibility to drive projects, challenge decisions, and push things forward. We don’t wait for permission. If you see a gap, you fill it. If you see a better way, you try it.
We ask “why” until we get to the root. We explore new ideas, research papers, every single edge case and anything that sharpens our understanding.
We use AI like a second brain. From writing code to writing docs, debugging flows to exploring new ideas, AI is part of our daily rhythm. Everyone here gets hands-on with the tools, learns how to prompt better, and treats AI as a teammate.
We're looking for a Client Operations Associate / Jr Product Manager to join the early team at Synthio Labs. This role sits at the center of every US client engagement — you'll be in the room (or on the call) when decisions get made, and you'll be the person who makes sure those decisions actually go somewhere.
Day to day, that means joining founders and the product team on client meetings, capturing everything that matters, and turning it into clear written communication that keeps both sides accountable. You'll take the lead on preparing client-ready presentations and documentation.
This is not a support role. You'll own the written and operational backbone of our US client work — and if you do it well, you'll be running large client deployments or shaping how we operate across accounts within your first year.
Obsessive capture. You take notes in every meeting like you're the only person who'll remember anything. Four weeks later, you can surface a specific decision from a single slide — because you wrote it down and organized it properly.
Written over-communication. You are relentless about keeping projects on track through the written word. Summaries go out before anyone has to ask. Stakeholders know where things stand because you told them — not because they hunted you down.
Proactive curiosity. You ask about the things you don't understand — every small thing, every acronym, every product detail you weren't briefed on. You don't let ambiguity sit. You either resolve it or flag it.
Document craftsmanship. Client-facing materials carry your name. You use every tool available — including AI — but you read every sentence before it leaves your hands. A misplaced semicolon is a decision, not an oversight. Nothing goes out unintentionally.
What you'll own day-to-day in the first 3 months:
- Join founders and the product team on US client meetings. Capture decisions, action items, and open questions.
- Send structured, well-crafted written summaries after every significant interaction — internal and external — so the project never loses momentum between meetings.
- Take the lead on preparing client-ready presentations and documentation: proposals, project updates, exec summaries, and any other materials that represent Synthio Labs to the client.
- Manage follow-up and accountability for both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure commitments are honored and timelines stay honest.
- Participate actively in product thinking — bring what you're hearing from clients back to the product team in a form they can act on.
- Build and maintain the systems (however simple) that keep US client operations organized, searchable, and legible to anyone who joins the engagement later.
- Lead a large, complex Synthio deployment end-to-end at a flagship US client — owning the relationship, the delivery, and the outcomes
- Build the operating model across multiple US accounts, becoming the connective tissue between clients, product, and leadership
- Grow into a functional role — operating, product, or client success — shaped by where your strengths are most needed as the company scales
- 1–3 years of experience out of McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a comparable strategy or startup-adjacent role
- Track record of preparing and delivering polished client-ready presentations and documentation
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders like founders, execs, and client leads
- Product-minded to engage seriously with AI and technology products
- Strong, precise writer who edits ruthlessly before anything goes out
- SF bay area-based to work out of Palo Alto office
We encourage participants from various backgrounds to apply, especially if you feel you could succeed at this role, even if you don't meet all of the above.
- Work directly alongside the founders at a Y Combinator-backed company with real pharma clients and real revenue
- High autonomy, high trust — you'll own things, not support someone who owns things
- Visible impact from day one; the work you do this week will be in a client's hands next week
- Front-row seat to building an AI-native company from the ground up

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home.
