Main Purpose
The Client Onsite Manager oversees day-to-day operations for the temporary workforce at the client site, ensuring a seamless experience for both associates and client partners. This role manages workforce onboarding, attendance, performance, and compliance throughout the shift lifecycle. Acting as the primary onsite point of contact, the Onsite Manager leads and supports a team of leads or representatives, ensures fulfillment goals are met, and partners closely with the Client Success Manager (CSM) and client staff to drive operational excellence.
*This position is temporary through January 9th, 2026.
Working Hours: The role demands scheduling flexibility and adaptability to a rotating or variable shift. Candidates must be available for shifts that could include evenings and weekends to meet business needs.

Start of Shift- Lead onsite workforce readiness activities and oversee representatives welcoming and directing associates to the time clock.
- Ensure all associates are accurately clocked in before entering the warehouse floor, resolving or escalating timekeeping issues promptly.
- Communicate shift expectations, assignments, and safety requirements clearly to all associates.
- Oversee support for associates with language barriers, ensuring full understanding of roles and policies.
- Monitor fulfillment levels at the start of shift and proactively escalate low attendance or coverage concerns to the CSM to ensure service continuity.
- Coordinate with OnTrac Operators to align workforce readiness with operational priorities.
- Oversee workforce activity throughout the shift to ensure engagement, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety and attendance standards.
- Manage and resolve onsite employee relations or performance issues in real time, escalating to the CSM when necessary.
- Monitor attendance to identify early departures or missing associates and address patterns or concerns promptly.
- Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of operational issues impacting workforce performance.
- Track and verify lunch breaks and other timekeeping data for accurate payroll and reporting.
- Supervise end-of-shift procedures to ensure all associates clock out properly and exit the facility with their personal belongings.
- Conduct post-shift debriefs with team leads to identify attendance or performance concerns and follow up on any unresolved issues.
- Validate attendance and daily hour logs in the client portal to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify No Call/No Show (NCNS) associates and coordinate with the scheduling team to block future shifts as needed.
- Compile daily shift summaries for the CSM, highlighting workforce trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead, train, and develop onsite representatives or team leads to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client’s onsite operations and the Indeed Flex internal team.
- Anticipate staffing needs and collaborate with the CSM to adjust workforce allocations and ensure fulfillment targets are met.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and safety-first culture among temporary associates.
- Analyze daily performance and provide insights or recommendations for improving workforce efficiency and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in staffing, warehouse operations, or workforce management.
- Proven ability to manage onsite teams and large-scale contingent workforces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with workforce management or timekeeping systems preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- High-level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
- High-level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
