Job Summary
Deliver personalized service and respond to product and service questions. Communicate product information, policies, and procedures clearly using various technologies. Problem solve, perform initial research, and follow up on client issues. Monitor work status, prepare customized correspondence, and make outbound calls as needed. Facilitate call escalation and practice de-escalation techniques to enhance member experience.
Collect and analyze member information to determine eligibility and set-up for products. Approve and communicate resolutions within guidelines. Solicit and analyze customer feedback to identify service improvements and recommend procedural changes. Utilize online tools to monitor performance results and achieve performance metrics within the Client Success Team. Support division projects involving customer-focused activities and administrative functions. Intake requests from external Distribution Partners and provide resolution or accurate routing.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with producers, customers, home office, and field office (50%).
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned block to meet or exceed sales goals (30%).
- Manage workload and adhere to guidelines for customer responsiveness and work timeliness (10%).
- Perform administrative tasks and participate in projects as assigned (10%).
Skills and Background You’ll Need
- Strong customer service skills including negotiation, training, and consulting.
- Ability to intake information, research, and problem solve.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks is a requirement of the role. *
- Candidates for this role must reside in the state of California.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-high school coursework completed or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Life and Health insurance licenses required.
- 2+ years of client service/relationship management experience in the insurance field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$51,500.00 - $75,500.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
