Job Summary
The Client Lead Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to support the growth and scalability of center staff and provider hiring across the organization. Serving as the primary liaison to joint venture partners, and as a lead recruiter responsible for mentoring and coaching other recruiters, this role collaborates closely with Operations leadership and cross functional teams to develop and execute strategic, market-specific recruiting plans.
The Client Lead Recruiter is responsible for weekly recruitment updates by collecting and analyzing recruitment data and developing strategic recruitment initiatives to present to Operations Leadership.
The Client Lead Recruiter gathers hiring requirements, builds candidate pipelines, and manages the interview and selection process from start to finish. This role plays a critical part in promoting the company’s employer brand, driving process improvements, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Work Experience Required:
• 3+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience or account management/sales management experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for center staff and providers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for joint venture partners regarding provider hiring needs, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and timelines.
• Facilitate regular communication and updates between Talent Acquisition and Operations leadership.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and techniques, including proactive outreach, internet research, and community-based networking to source candidates and hiring leads.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines in key markets to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the interview and selection process to improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and use data to inform decisions and demonstrate results.
• Partner with internal stakeholders including People Team, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members to share best practices and support broader recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Advise hiring managers and leadership on market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning.
• Support workforce planning efforts by forecasting hiring needs and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting practices.
• Provide informal leadership and mentorship to Sourcing Recruiters through regular coaching, guidance, and support, helping to build recruiting capability and ensure alignment with strategic hiring goals.
• Facilitate 1:1s and team touchpoints with recruiting team members (in partnership with Talent Acquisition Managers) to monitor progress, share best practices, and address challenges in real time.
• Act as a point of escalation and strategic advisor for recruitment-related issues, offering consultative support to Talent Acquisition team members while reinforcing consistency in process and candidate experience.

Physical Requirements
• Office Environment: Tasks may be conducted within a climate-controlled office setting.
• Physical Activity: The role may require the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials, supplies, and equipment (up to 10lbs.) Duties typically involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent changes in position.
• Travel: Travel may be required, including travel between Company locations and out-of town destinations as needed.
