Bloom Credit is a modern API platform that redefines how credit data is accessed, reported, and used. We're on a mission to simplify and modernize the credit ecosystem, making it easier for everyone, from startups to large banks, to report consumer-permissioned data (CPD) and launch innovative, accessible financial products.

Our flagship product, Bloom+, enables financial institutions to report recurring consumer payments (like rent, utilities, and telecom bills) to major credit bureaus, helping consumers build credit profiles outside of traditional means. By expanding the scope of creditworthiness, we're helping organizations improve lives through responsible access to credit.

This role joins Bloom's Operations team as the dedicated owner of client project management during implementation, the window between signed contract and go-live. You are the client's single point of contact for status, next steps, and expectations, and the internal driver keeping cross-functional work on schedule. Your goal is to get clients live, on time, with no surprises on either side.

Your Mission

Own Client Integration Project Plans

-  Build and maintain a structured project plan for each client integration: milestones, owners, dates.

-  Track risks and blockers proactively; escalate before they threaten the timeline, not after.

-  Drive toward getting clients live quickly and predictably after signing.

Be the Client's Single Point of Contact

-  Run a consistent, proactive communication cadence covering status, next steps, and what's needed from the client, so nothing stalls quietly.

-  Manage expectations on both sides and keep urgency alive throughout integration.

-  Chase down documents, approvals, and next steps so clients always know what they owe and by when.

-  Continuously improve the implementation playbook based on patterns across clients.

Coordinate Across Teams

-  Work from the statement of work and implementation schedule handed off at signature and take ownership of executing against them once the contract is signed.

-  The Technical Account Manager owns whether the technical solution is correct and certified with the bureaus. You own the schedule, the communication, and the coordination around that technical work, not the technical decisions themselves.

-  Pull in the Account Manager for relationship matters as needed, without owning the commercial relationship yourself.

-  Flag cross-functional slippage early and directly, whether the dependency is internal or client-side.

What You'll Bring to Bloom Credit

-  4+ years of project management, program management, or client-facing implementation experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or financial services.

-  Genuine project management discipline: structured planning, proactive risk-tracking, and holding yourself and others, including senior colleagues and clients, accountable to dates. This is a distinct skill, not just being organized.

-  Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable being the person who pushes a client, politely but firmly, to keep things moving.

-  Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders without needing deep API or credentialing expertise on day one.

-  A bias toward flagging risk early rather than waiting to be asked.

-  Financial services or fintech background is a plus, not a requirement.
