Position Overview:
The Client Billing Coordinator will partner with multiple Echo departments to identify, investigate and resolve billing exceptions, to ensure timely submission of client invoices. Job Duties & Responsibilities:- Run detailed and comprehensive reporting to provide insight into client billing status
- Investigate invoices on 3rd party billing portals to identify client billing exceptions
- Identify root cause of client billing exceptions, and resolve exceptions
- Suggest and implement client billing process changes to avoid exceptions
- Partner with AR, Cash Applications and Credit departments
- Basic excel skills (ex: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Formatting)
- Articulate and partnership focused communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative and problem-solving focused

This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day.
