When you join SBI, The Growth Advisory firm, as a Growth Advisor, you are joining a firm that is on the forefront of driving innovative (B2B) go-to market transformations helping clients solve their revenue growth challenges.

Working with the client’s C-level or board-level sponsorship, you will help source, convert, develop and maintain the relationships with our client’s most senior executives. You will establish yourself as a revenue growth expert, providing insights that will result in transformational growth opportunities for our clients.

You will work from your home office as well as on-site at the client’s locations.  You will design go-to-market strategies that expand our client’s revenue growth opportunities.  Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with clients remain strong, profitable and enduring.  This position reports  to the Senior Vice President of the SBI Pro business.

Advising clients on key initiatives to best deliver Revenue Growth targets and navigate Go-to-Market Transformations

Account & Opportunity Development

Helping to build impactful, lasting relationships with prospects and clients alike; enabling SBI to be a trusted partner for current and future Revenue Growth and Go-to-Market challenges -> activating funnel

Thought Leadership / Professional Development

Staying current on SBI research, GTM trends, client requests, etc. - contribution to SBI point of view (research, blogs, content, internal training/upskilling, etc.)

Resource Utilization

Pan SBI resource activation to drive client value based on the client initiative, persona, industry, etc.

Client Success Enablement

Effectively leveraging the tools and analytics available (CRM, SBI Pro) to deliver great client experiences.

Teamwork & Partnership

Working in close partnership with our Client Success and Client Executive teams to ensure individual, team and firmwide success

Experience and Requirements

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 5 years of executive relationship management.

  • Significant experience in a variety of the following categories:
    • Strategy and/or transformation roles on industry leading initiatives that positively impact revenue growth
    • Experience working within Private Equity firms or large enterprise clients
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration
  • Experience in the C-Suite or with VP level, such as a CRO, Sales or Marketing executives, communicating complex ideas effectively to executives and board members, leading clients to take positive action with SBI
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization, including the Board of Directors, utilizing executive level written, verbal, organizational and presentation skills
  • Solid functional knowledge, within SBI’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) including but not limited to strategy, business development, product development, project management, marketing and sales, etc.

Candidates must have the ability to travel at least 25% of the time
