Conduent Business Services – Remote US

Hours M-F 8 hours between 7 AM CST to 5 PM CST 

Hourly Rate - $17 - $20

**Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening which will include criminal, credit check and fingerprinting

Job Overview: The person in this role will support the accounting functions for our external clients including being accountable for the balancing and settling of all client benefits/funds entering and exiting the system

 Job Responsibilities:

• Able to use Excel to analysis and identify unposted items that need to be posted to customer accounts
• Ability to balance external processor reports and our internal system 
• Utilize Mastercard Connect and Visa (VROL) platforms for research
• Report status of activities assigned and any irregularities to management
• Complete all tasks daily within restricted time allocations 
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of data

• Ability to communicate effectively in English both via email and orally 

• Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training.

• All other duties as assigned

Essential Skills/Knowledge/Certification:

• Minimum of 5+ years reconciliation or analysis experience
• Experience in payment services / Prepaid Cards / Banking is highly desirable
• Microsoft Excel - Intermediate level
• Microsoft Word -Intermediate level

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma, or GED, Bachelor’s (Preferred)

• Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.

• Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download

• Work Area: Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.

• Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.00-$20.00.
