Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, LLP is looking for an attorney with approximately 2-5 years of experience defending California wage & hour class actions and FLSA collective actions. Working from either the Irvine Spectrum/Orange County or Pasadena offices, or remotely within surrounding cities, the attorney in this role can expect approximately 75% of their work to be in federal court, with substantial case responsibility covering all phases of litigation.

Firm Benefits/Compensation

The Firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/HSA, dental, vision, life, disability, family care leave, 401(k)/profit-sharing retirement package, and pet insurance. The Firm will supply the necessary computer and accessory equipment to facilitate a hybrid/remote work schedule. The salary range is $170,000 - $220,000 per year based on experience. Associates also have the opportunity to earn substantial additional compensation through hours-based and merit bonuses.  The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience and other job-related factors.
