Role Overview

Ditto is seeking a creative and organized Chief Yacht Officer to lead our upcoming nationwide series of yacht parties. We’re hosting 10 unforgettable yacht events across the U.S., each bringing together 100 Ditto users for exclusive blind date experiences. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating these high-profile college social events from start to finish, ensuring every detail supports an unmatched experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute 10 yacht party events across major U.S. cities

  • Oversee participant logistics, including invitations, travel arrangements, and on-site experience

  • Design and implement the event flow to facilitate fun and meaningful blind-date connections between Ditto users

  • Manage and lead event staff and volunteers for smooth event operations

  • Ensure safety, compliance, and optimal user experience at each event

  • Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to promote events across campuses and social media

Requirements

  • Prior experience in large-scale event planning or hospitality management preferred

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills

  • Passion for community building and delivering memorable experiences

  • Willingness to travel and work nontraditional hours during events
