The Role

Breef is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to help drive key initiatives across the company. This role sits at the center of the business, helping translate strategy into execution while ensuring the team is aligned on priorities as we continue to grow.

You will play a critical role in supporting company-wide initiatives, improving internal processes, and helping leadership stay focused on the most important opportunities in front of us. This position blends strategic thinking, team management and hands-on execution, working across teams including product, marketing, sales, and operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment. They are equally comfortable working on strategic projects and rolling up their sleeves to solve operational challenges.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support key company initiatives and strategic priorities
  • Help drive alignment across teams by ensuring projects and initiatives move forward effectively
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects across product, marketing, sales, and operations
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to internal processes
  • Track key company initiatives and ensure accountability across teams
  • Help manage internal communication and alignment around company priorities
  • Support planning processes including quarterly priorities, company initiatives, and internal reporting
  • Support investor communications and relationship management
  • Embody the mission and vision of Breef with an understanding of how and why we do what we do
     

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, strategy, management or operations in a tech company setting
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ideas into execution
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and managing high-growth teams
  • Experience supporting leadership teams or working closely with executives
