ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the President who is strategic, highly organized, and a proactive problem-solver to join our Executive Operations team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to lead key strategic initiatives, optimize internal operations, and drive organizational alignment across teams.
Strong business acumen, project management expertise, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in gaming, technology, or entertainment industries. The ability to manage complex projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and prioritize competing priorities in a high-growth environment will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Operational Execution
- Own the rhythm of business (ROB): Define and drive key operational processes, leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate strategic alignment: Partner with executives to prioritize initiatives, manage key projects, and track progress on company objectives.
- Optimize internal and external communications: Develop messaging, business updates, and executive briefings for internal teams, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, HR, Finance) to ensure alignment on company goals and execution strategies.
- Oversee and prioritize the President’s agenda, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Executive Support & Leadership Partnership
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the President, providing insights, recommendations, and decision support.
- Maximize executive impact: Manage leadership priorities, prepare materials for key meetings, and ensure follow-through on strategic action items.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Xsolla partners, industry leaders, and cross-functional teams).
- Represent the leadership team in high-level discussions and meetings as needed.
- Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational challenges; implement solutions to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) to track the progress of strategic initiatives and company performance.
- Assist with budget planning, financial tracking, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Organizational Health & Culture
- Lead culture-building initiatives that promote a high-performance, inclusive work environment across global teams.
- Identify organizational gaps and opportunities, providing data-driven insights to improve team effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, project management, or a related leadership role.
- Background in gaming, technology, or entertainment industries.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive executive-level initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in business intelligence, operational reporting, and performance measurement.
- Previous experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or Strategy role within a growth-focused organization (Preferred).
- Understanding of game publishing, monetization strategies, and developer ecosystems (Preferred).
- Experience with OKRs, KPIs, and operational efficiency frameworks (Preferred).
- Fluency in Atlassian products, including Atlas, Jira, and Confluence (Preferred).
- Prior experience with Anaplan, Salesforce, and Google Suite (Preferred).
- Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and drive consensus (Preferred).
