We invite you to explore a unique opportunity as Chief of Staff and Business Manager for our Product & Experience (PX) Organization within Global Banking.
As the Chief of Staff and Business Manager supporting the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and their teams in developing a unified product strategy that aligns with organizational goals. Additionally, you will collaborate across the organization to proactively address challenges, facilitating the achievement of our strategic business objectives and enabling the CPO to lead effectively. You will help drive alignment of our product operations in support our strategic business objectives fostering knowledge sharing and implementing best practices across product teams, ensuring that all initiatives are geared toward optimizing business outcomes. You will work closely with the Product Owners and other Chief of Staff roles to define and execute strategic initiatives across the product landscape. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with exceptional written and oral communication skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment. A solid background in business management and/or product management, coupled with experience in financial services is essential.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to ensure operations are strategically aligned with business objectives, governance policies, industry best practices, and strategic goals.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for key management forums, including leadership councils and operational review meetings.
  • Lead discussions on product-related topics and participate in cross-functional initiatives as required.
  • Provide valuable insights and analysis to the leadership team, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Lead or support major change initiatives to optimize strategy, focus, alignment, and accountability.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for leadership meetings, ensuring that discussions are focused and productive.
  • Track action items and follow up on deliverables to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Partner with the communications team on product strategy, leadership messaging, forums, and speaking engagements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Management, or Management Consulting within financial services.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to distill complex product concepts into clear, impactful visualizations and presentations suitable for executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of product development principles and lifecycle management practices.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and quantitative skills.
  • Capacity to drive reporting and projects independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and operate autonomously.
