POSITION SUMMARY:

 

This internship role focuses on transforming key commercial and channel processes into scalable, repeatable systems. The intern will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to build playbooks, tools, and operating models that improve efficiency and reduce dependency on single-threaded ownership. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop Commercial Agreements Toolkit including intake checklists, decision trees, and process workflows 

  • Build Distributor Pricing Operating Model including pricing frameworks, margin models, and approval processes 

  • Design Distributor Training Framework with onboarding plans, sample agendas, and cross-functional resource mapping 

  • Create Distributor Council Charter including governance model, engagement structure, and meeting cadence 

  • Partner with Marketing to develop 2027 Trade Show Strategy aligned to channel growth objectives 

  • Document processes into SOPs, workflow diagrams, and toolkits for cross-functional adoption 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate and refine deliverables 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in ambiguity 

 

Remote locations near Hershey, PA, or Cleveland, OH, preferred.
