The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic partner relationships (Resellers and Operators) that drive revenue and expand market reach. This role recruits, enables, and supports channel partners, VARs, distributors, and technology alliances to successfully sell and implement the company's solutions. The Channel Sales Manager collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to execute partner strategies, achieve revenue targets, and ensure a consistent, high-quality partner experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners.
  • Develop joint business plans and sales strategies with partners.
  • Train and enable partners on products, positioning, and sales processes.
  • Identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
  • Manage partner pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance.
  • Support partners with presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
  • Track partner performance using CRM and provide regular business reviews.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of channel sales, business development, or partner management experience.
  • Experience as a Parking Operator a plus.
  • Proven success building and growing indirect sales channels.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
