Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our Global Data Center division. This role is pivotal in developing, managing, and growing strategic relationships with channel partners to drive revenue and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, an in-depth understanding of the data center industry, and the ability to develop and execute channel strategies in a global context. 

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Development:  
Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic channel partners, including system integrators, managed service providers, and value-added resellers. 
Develop comprehensive partner enablement programs to ensure alignment with the company’s goals. 

Sales Strategy and Execution:  
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. 
Drive partner engagement through training, joint marketing initiatives, and collaborative sales activities. 

Performance Management:  
Set clear performance objectives for channel partners and monitor progress through KPIs. 
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to partners. 

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:  
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and direct sales, to align channel efforts with organizational objectives. 
Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal stakeholders to address challenges and optimize collaboration. 

Market Expansion:  
Identify new market opportunities and expand the channel network in untapped regions. 
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to refine channel strategies. 

Contract and Financial Management:  
Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners. 
Manage partner incentive programs and ensure compliance with financial terms and conditions. 

Reporting and Analytics:  
Provide regular updates on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership. 
Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track partner contributions and optimize channel efficiency. 

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or account management within the data center, IT, or telecommunications industry. 
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving channel growth. 
Strong knowledge of data center solutions, including colocation, cloud services, and connectivity. 
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics. 

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with global channel partners. 
Knowledge of market trends and regulatory environments in the data center industry. 
Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and networking solutions. 
Multilingual skills are a plus.
