Job Summary

Reporting to the Divisional Vice President of Enterprise Sales, the Channel Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing AMN's channel partner and alliance strategy to drive revenue growth, qualified lead generation, market expansion, and new client acquisition. This role builds and manages strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, creating partner-sourced pipeline and expanding access to new buyers and markets.

The Channel Sales Executive collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Operations to develop partner programs, enablement strategies, and joint go-to-market initiatives that drive measurable business results.

Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and execute a channel and alliance strategy to achieve revenue growth, pipeline generation, and market expansion goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners across healthcare, workforce solutions, consulting, association, and related markets.
  • Build partner business plans, growth strategies, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Expand partner-sourced opportunities and improve access to new buyers and target markets.
Partner Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Develop partner value propositions, enablement programs, and incentive models.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with strategic partners.
  • Align partner objectives with AMN growth initiatives and client outcomes.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
  • Drive partner-generated lead activity, pipeline development, and revenue contribution.
  • Monitor pipeline progression, forecasts, and partner performance metrics.
  • Implement scorecards and reporting processes to measure partner productivity and accountability.
  • Identify and resolve performance gaps impacting growth objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Operations, Enablement, and Customer Success teams to support demand generation and deal execution.
  • Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and healthcare industry trends with leadership.
  • Support successful implementation and delivery of partner-driven opportunities.
Education & Years of ExperienceRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or workforce solutions sales.
  • Demonstrated success developing partnerships that drive revenue growth, pipeline generation, and market expansion.
  • Experience working within healthcare, workforce solutions, staffing, consulting, payer, provider, or healthcare association environments.
  • Experience managing executive-level partner relationships and complex stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Healthcare GPOs, healthcare associations, consulting organizations, or enterprise healthcare partners.
  • Experience supporting workforce solutions, staffing, talent solutions, or healthcare technology organizations.
  • Experience developing partner programs, incentive models, and joint go-to-market strategies.

    Pay Rate$101,000 - $126,000 Salary

    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
