Fetch is an equal employment opportunity employer.

About the Role:

Fetch is seeking a high-impact Channel Partnerships Director, an individual contributor who will lead and scale adoption of our Audience data product across key platforms. You’ll be a strong cross-functional lead at the intersection of product, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll act as the connective tissue between Fetch and our platform partners — owning relationship development, enablement, and performance against usage goals. Your focus will be to evangelize Fetch’s productized data offerings, drive scalable platform adoption, and help shape the GTM roadmap.

Why This Role Matters:

This is a foundational role for Fetch’s data business. As our platform presence grows, this person will help define how Fetch shows up inside the tools marketers use every day — helping to deliver measurable value and drive revenue from our audience and measurement offerings.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities: Platform Engagement & Strategy
  • Own day-to-day relationships with media platform partners (TTD, Yahoo, StackAdapt, etc.)
  • Drive adoption of Fetch’s syndicated and custom audience products and measurement offerings.
  • Develop partner-specific growth strategies aligned to quarterly usage and revenue goals.
  • Lead joint GTM initiatives, platform enablement, co-branded campaigns, and training sessions.
Business Growth & Strategic Execution
  • Set and manage revenue and adoption KPIs across key partnerships.
  • Identify new use cases, product gaps, or growth opportunities via partner feedback.
  • Represent Fetch in partner business reviews, executive conversations, and external forums.
  • Champion Fetch’s value proposition across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for innovation, demonstrating the ability to operate in ambiguity and shape future strategy rather than executing solely on a predefined vision.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as internal program manager for Audience + Measurement channel strategy.
  • Set up and streamline operational processes across platform onboarding, reporting, and enablement.
  • Partner with Product and GTM to translate platform feedback into roadmap asks and feature development.
  • Support enablement materials and playbooks for internal and external stakeholders.
Thought Leadership & Evangelism
  • Be a vocal advocate for Fetch data in the market and with partners.
  • Represent Fetch at partner events, industry forums, and client-facing conversations where relevant.
  • Help educate the market on how to activate and measure with Fetch data through preferred partners.
  • Leverage data-informed storytelling and audience subject matter expertise to influence partner strategies and highlight Fetch’s unique differentiation.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or data partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of DSPs, media measurement tools, clean room environments, and platform integrations.
  • Proven track record of growing strategic partnerships and hitting usage/revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to manage external partnerships and internal cross-functional alignment.
  • Comfortable setting and owning goals — with a bias for action and learning.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $197,223 - $236,154. Discover our benefits and how our employees live rewarded at https://fetch.com/careers

  • Continuing Education: Fetch provides ten thousand per year in education reimbursement.
  • Employee Resource Groups: Take part in employee-led groups that are centered around fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace through events, dialogue and advocacy. The ERGs participate in our Inclusion Council with members of executive leadership.

  • Robust Leave Policies: 20 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers, 14 weeks for secondary caregivers, and a flexible return to work schedule.
  • Calvin Care Cash: Employees who are welcoming new family members will also receive a one time $2,000 incentive to assist employees with covering the cost of childcare, clothing, diapers and much more!
  • Flexible Work Environment: Collaborate with your team in one of our stunning offices in Madison, Birmingham, or Chicago. Or you can work fully remotely from anywhere in the US. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
