Location: Remote US near a major airport

Role Overview:
The Infrastructure Channel Partner Lead is a senior strategic role responsible for spearheading and expanding our partnerships with leading infrastructure vendors including Dell, Cisco, AWS, GCP, and others. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with partner counterparts to generate new client opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with our internal Foundry teams to ensure up-to-date certifications and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partner Engagement:
-Act as the catalyst for expanding our relationships with key infrastructure partners.
-Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners that enhance our technology ecosystem and drive incremental revenue.
-Proactively engage with partner stakeholders to influence and drive business opportunities.
-Develop and execute joint business plans that align with both Monks’ objectives and partner strategies.

Sales Pipeline Leadership:
-Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline derived from our infrastructure partnerships.
-Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless follow-ups, strategic alignment, and the conversion of partner-generated leads.
-Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to maximize revenue outcomes.

Certification and Enablement:
-Partner with Monks’ Foundry teams to ensure ongoing compliance with partner certification and licensing requirements.
-Identify and drive initiatives for training and certification enhancements, ensuring that our service capabilities remain industry-leading.
-Monitor and report on certification statuses, addressing any gaps proactively.

Market and Strategic Alignment:
-Stay informed of industry trends, partner product roadmaps, and market dynamics affecting infrastructure services.
-Translate partner insights into actionable strategies that bolster Monks’ competitive positioning.
-Represent Monks in high-level strategic meetings with partner executives, ensuring our vision and capabilities are clearly communicated and aligned.

Qualifications:
Experience: 
-10+ years in channel partner management, strategic alliances, or related roles within the IT infrastructure space.
-Proven success in managing and scaling revenue through strategic partnerships with major infrastructure vendors such as Dell, Cisco, AWS, and GCP.

Skills:
-Deep understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and the digital consultancy landscape.
-Strong sales acumen, with demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, negotiation, and stakeholder influence. -Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
-Proficiency in Salesforce/Hubspot for pipeline and relationship management.

Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
