About the Role:

Decagon is looking for a Channel Partner Manager, a founding member of our Partnerships team who will help design, build, and scale our revenue focused partnership programs. In this role, you will blend go-to-market strategy, program design, and partner enablement and work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive customer and commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate brings experience building strong channel partnerships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work with the Director of Partnerships to:

  • Design and implement commercial deal structures and programs to grow the channel ecosystem

  • Develop and launch partner enablement initiatives, including training paths, solution guides, and joint marketing assets

  • Drive SI partnership conversations, shaping joint value propositions, co-delivery models, and routes to market

  • Build and manage a referral and reseller program to accelerate pipeline creation

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure partner performance and alignment with Decagon’s revenue strategy.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel partnerships at high-growth SaaS or AI companies

  • Experience working across channel partnership types (e.g., SI, VAR, BPO, TSDs)

  • Know how to build partner programs from the ground up (i.e., partner workflow/technology and program design)

  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills and can represent Decagon in the ecosystem

  • Are an out-of-the-box thinker and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to your partnerships work

  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), marketplace, and co-sell motions
