NETGEAR is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join our North America Marketing team, supporting retail and eCommerce partners across the U.S. and Canada. This exciting and impactful role will help drive in-store and online marketing strategies to grow NETGEAR’s presence at leading nationwide and regional partners.

This role requires a results-oriented marketer with a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about delivering innovative, budget-conscious channel programs that enhance brand visibility, drive conversion, and support overall business growth.

This is a hybrid role, expected to be onsite 3 days a week in our San Jose HQ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand company business objectives and growth plans, owning proactive initiatives to drive NETGEAR business in North America.

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for North American retail channel marketing in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and global channel teams.

  • Execute marketing campaigns across both eCommerce and brick-and-mortar environments with an emphasis on awareness, conversion, and measurable ROI.

  • Support NETGEAR’s DTC (direct-to-consumer) channel and outreach initiatives through business-aligned strategies & assets.

  • Leverage U.S.-led strategies to create globally adaptable, functional marketing assets and insights.

  • Manage and deliver on-time brand assets and campaign materials to support retailer promotions and seasonal campaigns.

  • Own and optimize channel marketing budget allocations to ensure effective and efficient program delivery.

  • Coordinate in-store merchandising activities, including endcap design, inline displays, corrugate builds, and training initiatives.

  • Support retailer training, events, and education through effective sales-enablement materials that best reflect marketing goals and messaging.

  • Participate in ongoing dialogue with the channel partners, including weekly calls, quarterly business reviews, and/or partners conference events.

  • Track and analyze marketing performance data to refine tactics and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or integrated marketing roles.

  • Demonstrated experience working with major channel partners U.S./Canadian (e.g., Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco).

  • Strong project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Experience with both in-store and online campaign execution.

  • Ability to derive actionable insights from performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborative, intuitive, and proactive; thrives in cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or managing external marketing or creative agencies.

  • Prior experience in consumer electronics or networking categories.

  • Proficient in marketing and creative tools - familiarity with Figma and Photoshop preferred.

Physical/ Travel Requirements

  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
