Your new role: Channel Marketing Manager – US

Location: Dallas, TX, United States
Potential Earnings: $120.000 to $135.000 on target earnings (inclusive of bonuses)

As a Senior Channel Marketing Manager at Cognigy, you will work with strategic, tech, reseller and referral partners to expand marketing reach, boost brand awareness, and generate leads together. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, partner event management, content development and channel sales. The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships and identify opportunities for pipeline growth to shape future channel marketing strategies. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, self-motivated doer with a proven ability to drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses a positive, make-it-happen attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

Note: This is NOT an affiliate partner marketing role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with strategic, tech, reseller and referral partners to expand marketing reach, boost brand awareness, and generate leads together in the field and digitally.
  • Shape and execute a channel marketing strategy that reflects the joint partners business objectives; build and execute agreed-upon marketing plans start to finish.
  • Drive partner events, virtual and in-person, handling all event logistics, including booth strategy, registrations, agenda scheduling, staffing, giveaways and on-site production.
  • Plan out a regular cadence of communications for product launches, marketing activities and time sensitive updates.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop high-quality, multi-format joint marketing content such as case studies, blog content, and white papers.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and ROI analyses, reporting results and recommendations to sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, field marketing or related roles, within a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong understanding of channel sales, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies
  • Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong event planning and management skills, with experience coordinating tradeshows, webinars, and other partner events
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
