Hexnode UEM

Hexnode is a global leader in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), trusted by organizations in over 100 countries to manage millions of devices. We operate at the intersection of global scale and startup velocity, providing mission-critical security and management across Apple, Windows, Android, macOS, Linux, and tvOS.

The Role

Your mission is to drive high-velocity pipeline and revenue growth through a strategic partner ecosystem across the Western US. You will recruit, enable, and co-sell with top-tier VARs, MSPs, and Distributors, targeting key decision-makers in IT, Security, and Endpoint Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify and activate 20–40 high-impact partners, prioritizing strategic alignment and quality over quantity.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute "Top 10" quarterly business plans, including joint pipeline development and structured QBRs.

  • Enablement & Coaching: Empower partners with expert-level pitch coaching, product demos, and competitive positioning against incumbents (Intune, JAMF, Ivanti, Workspace ONE).

  • Program Design: Create compelling partner offers, including creative bundling, MDF/co-marketing initiatives, and clear referral/resale frameworks.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a rigorous forecasting cadence for partner-sourced pipeline and bookings to ensure consistent quota over-performance.

Who You Are
  • Experienced: 6–11 years in B2B partner/channel sales within SaaS, Security, or IT Infrastructure.

  • Channel Savvy: Proven track record of carrying a partner quota and navigating 2-tier distribution models (Distributor → Reseller/MSP).

  • Market Expert: Comfortable selling into the mid-market and commercial enterprise segments (500–10,000 employees).

  • Connected: Deep experience with MSPs, VARs, SIs, and Apple-focused or Education resellers. (Experience with mobile carriers or agent networks is a major plus).

  • Internal Navigator: A skilled "internal seller" who can secure SE resources, pricing approvals, and marketing support to close deals.

  • Strategic Communicator: High partner empathy with the ability to translate technical complexity into simple, partner-ready value propositions.

Equal Opportunity Employer: Hexnode welcomes and encourages candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences to apply.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
