What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in a Brokerage Firm or Consulting house working with Employee Benefits in an account management capacity or producing capacity. Experience in Health Tech is a plus.
- Experience working with brokers, consultants, and life insurance carrier reps
- Strong understanding of channel influence, referral models, and the indirect sales cycle
- Proven track record of building relationships that convert to real opportunity
- Proficiency with Salesforce and benefit enrollment platforms like BenefitFlow
- Holds an active Life and Health license in at least one state
- Strong communicator, operator, and executor with a bias for action
- ·Deep belief in Empathy’s mission and care-driven model
- Account management, producing experience
