What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience in a Brokerage Firm or Consulting house working with Employee Benefits in an account management capacity or producing capacity.  Experience in Health Tech is a plus.
  • Experience working with brokers, consultants, and life insurance carrier reps
  • Strong understanding of channel influence, referral models, and the indirect sales cycle
  • Proven track record of building relationships that convert to real opportunity
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and benefit enrollment platforms like BenefitFlow
  • Holds an active Life and Health license in at least one state
  • Strong communicator, operator, and executor with a bias for action
  • ·Deep belief in Empathy’s mission and care-driven model
  • Account management, producing experience
