Job Description:

Overview: HPE is seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel and Partner Enablement Manager to lead a team responsible for the development and execution of key enablement programs and training initiatives. This role is crucial in empowering our internal and external audiences, including channel partners, sales teams, and technical teams, to achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team focused on the design, development, and delivery of enablement programs and training initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the channel and sales organizations to understand their needs and align enablement strategies with business goals.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the latest technological advancements and product offerings.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and continuously refine the approach based on feedback and performance data.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams within HPE to ensure alignment and support for enablement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in enablement and training to bring innovative approaches to our programs.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of channel and sales ecosystems, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with technical teams and translating technical content into effective training materials.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and demonstrate the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with modern learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with HPE products and solutions.
  • Certification in instructional design or a related field.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $115,500.00 - $266,000.00
