Job Description

The Channel Manager, SLED – National Partners role is responsible for driving public sector growth by managing and expanding CyberArk’s strategic relationship with national channel partners, with a specific focus on State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) customers and prospects across North America. This position supports the development and execution of a joint SLED go-to-market plan with national partner SLED-focused branches. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to increase revenue, improve mindshare, and grow market penetration of CyberArk in the public sector by aligning with national partner sales, marketing, and solution teams serving SLED.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven success selling with or through national partner SLED verticals in the U.S. and/or Canada
  • Familiarity with government procurement vehicles, compliance requirements, and public sector funding cycles
  • Experience in security technology; Identity Security background is a strong plus
  • Prior work in 2-tier distribution environments, particularly in public sector sales
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across North America

Job Requirements:

  • Successful sales or channel management experience supporting SLED-focused sales teams
  • Deep understanding of channel sales dynamics, particularly within large national information security partners (including but not limited to Optiv, GuidePoint, WWT, Accenture, Deloitte, Presidio)
  • Proven ability to drive public sector-specific initiatives, including education programs and public sector campaigns
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical and planning capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Qualifications

  • Manage and grow CyberArk’s relationship with national partner SLED divisions
  • Build and execute a joint SLED partner plan with measurable goals aligned to CyberArk’s public sector growth objectives
  • Work with national partner public sector sales, solutions, and marketing teams to create and drive pipeline
  • Recruit, train, and enable national partner account managers and sales teams focused on SLED
  • Collaborate with field sales, sales engineering, and marketing to support campaigns, RFP/RFI responses, and events targeting SLED
  • Deliver impactful QBRs with clear SLED-specific action items and follow-up
  • Leverage CyberArk and national partner executive relationships to elevate SLED opportunities and remove roadblocks
  • Track and report on SLED pipeline, performance, and partner satisfaction

Reporting & Accountability:

  • Reports to the VP Americas Channel

Success Metrics:

  • Quota: 100% tied to revenue growth targets in the SLED segments through national partners
  • Team-specific KPIs including pipeline growth, deal registrations, Champion Team progression, and partner engagement.

The salary range for this position is $104,000 – $144,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
