We are currently seeking a Change Manager to join our dynamic award winning team. Our client is delivering a complex and high-profile airport infrastructure portfolio, spanning airfield works, terminal upgrades and commercial real estate developments. As investment accelerates across multiple projects, the organisation is strengthening its change capability to ensure cost, schedule and scope impacts are effectively controlled.

This role will support the day-to-day management of change across live projects, working closely with cost management, planning and commercial teams to assess, control and implement changes in a highly regulated, operational environment.

🔹 You'll

  • Develop and maintain a robust delivery schedule with clear milestones, coordinating work sequences with the total project plan.

  • Perform schedule monitoring, identify critical activities, and assist in updating and monitoring the schedule.

  • Develop and apply installation rates, review and analyze contractor schedules, and provide recommendations to the project team.

  • Evaluate quantities, job hours, and schedule logic; prepare progress and performance reports.

  • Manage contract programme assessment, compensation events, and perform delay analysis.

🔹 We’re looking for:

Essential

Core Change & Controls

  • Proven experience managing change control within complex infrastructure or capital programmes

  • Strong understanding of the relationship between change, cost, schedule and risk

  • Ability to assess change impacts at both project and programme level

Cost Management

  • Solid background in cost management, commercial management or project controls

  • Experience assessing cost impacts, forecasts, contingencies and budget movements

  • Understanding of earned value, cost reporting and financial governance

Planning & Schedule Integration

  • Experience working closely with planning teams (P6 or similar)

  • Ability to assess schedule impacts and support time–cost trade-off decisions

  • Understanding of baseline management and progress measurement

Governance & Assurance

  • Experience operating within structured governance frameworks

  • Ability to prepare clear change papers, recommendations and audit trails

  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and investment boards

Stakeholder & Delivery Interface

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across client, consultant and contractor teams

  • Experience working in live, operational or regulated environments (e.g. transport, aviation, utilities)

  • Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making

📍 Requirements and Location:

• Full right to work in the UK
