SunSoftOnline is hiring a BI Developer for an Arizona state agency's Enterprise Resource Planning division.
100% REMOTE, but you must live in Arizona and be Phoenix-local at the time of submission. An in-person interview in Phoenix is required within one week of the close. Please do not apply if you live outside Arizona.
W2 only. No C2C, no third-party vendors, no subcontracting. No sponsorship.
REQUIRED, all four:
- SQL expert level
- Power BI
- Snowflake
- DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
Preferred: CGI Advantage, ideally Advantage 4.0 HRM · translating business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions.
The work: developing and enhancing HR/ERP data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions. Building and optimizing Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX. Developing and maintaining Snowflake SQL and data pipelines and reporting datasets. Working with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces. Translating business requirements into scalable BI solutions. Troubleshooting data quality, reporting, and integration issues. Collaborating with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.
The facts: $50-55/hr W2 depending on experience · 100% remote, Arizona-based · September 21 through December 31, 2026 · Monday-Friday, 8-5 · in-person interview in Phoenix within a week of the close · start within two weeks of offer · HireRight background check and drug screening · your current city must appear on your resume, resumes without a location will not be considered.
