As a Central Processing Specialist:
- You will establish, maintain and bill AA and Business Star accounts through setup, branch maintenance forms, service register and manual input of currency/coin orders.
- Import weekly and monthly processing files for service charges (Deluxe, RemitOne, DDE).
- Reconcile and certify tax impound Bancontrol accounts.
- Provide backup to the AA systems administrator for daily maintenance and month end processing, statement printing and billing.
Requirements
Must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize daily assignments to meet deadlines. Good analytical and problem solving skills to provide quality customer service to branch and sales staff. Knowledge of NetImage, ISView and RUMBA are a plus.
