Target Range:

$23.00/hr. - $26.44/hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The CBTM Product & Operations Analyst will help support the monthly account analysis billing cycle, including completing maintenance, loading billing data, and applying customer-specific pricing. In addition to account analysis processes, the analyst may be asked to support product management functions, including developing business requirements and use cases based on inputs from business operations and product team in Commercial Banking and Treasury Management. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of treasury management operations and commercial banking products.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete maintenance to account analysis setups, including fee schedule changes, earnings credit changes, fee and deficit waivers, and exception pricing.
  • Perform all monthly account analysis tasks during the review period prior to final deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate account analysis procedures, process maps, and product documentation.
  • Timely completion of pricing requests received from Treasury Management Sales and other client-facing teams
  • May be asked to produce required project analysis documentation (business requirements, use cases, process maps, and UAT test cases)
  • May be asked to support Project Managers in their development and execution of UAT plans for assigned projects
  • May be asked to support cross-functional teams on projects and ad hoc analyses for business strategies and company KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' account analysis or comparable billing experience
  • 2+ years' requirements gathering and use case development preferred
  • 2+ years' basic statistical analysis (i.e., Excel) experience
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and collaborate with client-facing teams and operations
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet to processing deadlines
