The Category Specialist manages onboarding and ongoing vendor operations for the Consumables category, collaborating with various teams to enhance vendor experiences and resolve issues.
Job Description:
At Chewy, it is our mission to become the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and our partners - vets and service providers - alike. Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the amount of pet supplies we deliver. That's why we continue to think of outside-the-Chewy-box ways to delight, surprise, and thank our loyal pet lovers!
Your Opportunity
The Category Specialist supports the onboarding, enablement, and ongoing management of vendors within the Consumables category. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to onboard vendors accurately and efficiently while resolving any discovered issues. The role serves as a key operational contact for vendors and internal customers, helping drive a high-quality experience.

- Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
