What You’ll DoLead Commercial Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow our Apple commercial business. Identify trends and customer needs to shape long-term success.
Accelerate Business Development: Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities with current partners. Use data-driven insights to unlock cross-sell and upsell potential within existing accounts.
Strengthen Vendor & Partner Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with Apple and solution providers.
Analyze Market Trends: Leverage market intelligence and analytics to stay ahead of industry shifts and competitor activity. Translate insights into actionable growth plans.
Champion Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure unified execution of go-to-market campaigns.
Drive Partner Success: Engage directly with reseller partners to understand their challenges and align our solutions to meet their business needs. Deliver tailored experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction.
Maximize Platform Adoption: Lead with digital-first thinking using tools like Ingram Micro’s Xvantage platform. Help partners and vendors streamline operations, access insights, and scale faster.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- High level of business and financial acumen, with the ability to forecast, manage pipelines, and assess profit drivers
- Adept at using data and analytics to inform decisions and drive strategy
6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or vendor/category management
Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
High level of business and financial acumen, with the ability to forecast, manage pipelines, and assess profit drivers
Adept at using data and analytics to inform decisions and drive strategy
Strong project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-moving environment
Experience with digital sales platforms and tools; familiarity with Ingram Micro systems is a plus
Willingness to travel for key vendor and customer engagements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of Apple, hardware/software platforms, and solution stacks

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
