Job Summary
The part-time Learning Coordinator position will provide essential administrative and operational support for virtual training sessions, tuition reimbursement processing, new hire onboarding administration, system and process documentation, and other training-related support activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset who is eager to gain experience in corporate learning and development.
Work Model
This is a part-time position based in El Segundo CA offering an on-site work model.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientation, including catering, scheduling, and communication.
- Work with First Year Experience Lead to ensure onboarding materials and resources are up to date and accessible.
- Assist in tracking onboarding completion, tours, onsite support activities, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Provide support communications and documentation.
- Assist in hosting and managing online training sessions via Microsoft Teams; monitor chat, manage participant engagement, take and record attendance, and provide technical support during sessions.
- Set up and distribute meeting links, course announcements, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as needed.
- Maintain training records, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Support the Learning & Development team with scheduling, document preparation, and internal communications.
- Assist in managing training content, intranet updates, and resource distribution.
- Assist in Educational Assistance administrative tasks.
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service orientation and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Experience in an administrative, customer service, or training support role.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) or HR systems.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
