The Crown Is Yours
As a Casino Operations Associate at DraftKings, you will play a pivotal role in supporting iGaming Revenue Operations with the primary goal of optimizing the player experience across our DraftKings and Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) Casino apps. In this role, you will focus on monitoring cross-brand player experiences and ensuring every user enjoys a seamless and engaging journey.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with Customer Experience, Promotions, and other Operations teams to evaluate player experience metrics, develop strategies, and support app and promotions testing to enhance the player journey.
  • Build and maintain reporting on product performance (e.g., player engagement, CSAT, app performance, player journeys) while monitoring competitor offerings to identify trends in promotions, games, and features.
  • Create and deliver clear, engaging presentations and written materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Primarily support Revenue Operations, while contributing to wider iGaming projects as needed.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or product performance, ideally in a digital or consumer-facing business.
  • Strong foundation in industry terminology, trends, and operating standards, with proficiency in online gaming technology and the ability to follow or develop protocols.
  • Skilled in Tableau and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with inferential statistics, JIRA, SQL, and software management systems is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Curious, growth-minded, and eager to deepen expertise while delivering high-quality analytical work.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 57,600.00 USD - 72,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
